The Bill That Holds No Power, Holds No People

The Bill that holds no power will be known going forward as the Bill of NO Rights-This bill was established in the United States of America in 1791. The date of this bill is very important. It was drawn right after the United States was detaching itself from British rule. The reason it was drawn was in response to many request from several states for greater constitutional protection for individual liberties. The “Bill” would allow for specific prohibitions on government power, where people were concerned. Government (even back then) power had the potential of being unfair, far reaching and harmful to the individual man. Remembering that it is your local government that has the power over the policemen, firemen, public works, utilities, economic development, education, parks, roadways and every other public entity that isn't privately owned and operated. That power…is given by us at a very basic level. We hand over this power in small local elections, community board meetings and every time and place we spend our money.

Every time we “opt out” of jury duty because it is an inconvenience, we allow someone who doesn’t care about our community to be selected for a grand jury. Even in their attempt to pull the grand jury “charade” together they immediately change the rules to apply to this particular situation. http://northdallasgazette.com/2014/12/02/attorney-calls-for-immediate-suspension-of-ferguson-d-a/  Each and every dollar we spend in our community and on our governmental necessities in our towns and cities is translated into good or bad economic development. The media is charged with getting the news out to us in any way possible to slant our opinion or position on any given point of contention. Back to the Bill of Rights-1791 is an important time in our history as it was the year of the Haitian revolt. The rebellion of August 1791 would eventually ripen into the full-fledged Haitian Revolution, lead to the revolution of African Haitian people, to the establishment of the Haitian Republic. It also put an end to any thoughts Napoleon for a French- American Empire in the West. It’s actually called Black August. http://news.newamericamedia.org/news/view_article.html?article_id=401e0400ac592cf0d44f467337723370

The bill of Rights that was adopted here in these United States however... Either was NOT written for the black man…or it was. If it was. We have some clear infractions and violations that have to be addressed in order for this country to move forward. It is a clear travesty that the United States spent in access of $6 trillion dollars in its Operation Freedom War, to bring democracy to Afghanistan and Iraq. Sad thing is we have NO such freedom here in the states. The 1% has economic power over the 99%, the government charges its citizens to go to school and then acts like the biggest debt collectors and home wreckers for US citizens. Foreign students simply take that education “free” of charge and go back when their visas are over or simply merge into society without issue. Scholars 3 dev website even suggest American students do the same thing abroad. Most won't have to because tuition in a lot of countries are free http://www.scholars4dev.com/4031/list-of-european-countries-with-tuition-freelow-tuition-universities-colleges/ United States citizens that are black have the extra added stress of being stopped in the streets and asked for identification for no reason as if in a 3rd world country where roadblocks and passes are required. Israel enforces restrictions on the freedom of movement of Palestinians in the West Bank by employing a system of permanent, temporary and random manned checkpoints.

We now will have to see some paramount changes in order to correct these years of civil disobedience to this BILL of No Rights for black people. Most will assert the fact that these things take time, when in fact the police officers that were “put” before a grand jury were not arrested nor jailed at the time the grand jury was formed and deliberated and this took just minutes to decide and make it so. There are fundamental actions that will have to take place to make this nightmare cease.
Police Officer killings of unarmed citizens needs to be classified as manslaughter at the least.

Manslaughter
The unjustifiable, inexcusable, and intentional killing of a human being without deliberation, premeditation, and malice. The unlawful killing of a human being without any deliberation, which may be involuntary, in the commission of a lawful act without due caution and circumspection.
